Cisk – Farsons Brewery Experience 2024 Promotional Rules
- Promotion Rules applicable to participants in the Cisk – Farsons Brewery Experience 2024 PROMOTION (the “Promotion Rules”).
- The Cisk – Farsons Brewery Experience 2024 PROMOTION (the “Promotion”) is being organised by Simonds Farsons Cisk plc in collaboration with – The Brewhouse (the “Organisers”)
- By participating in the Promotion, participants signify their consent to, and agree to comply with, the Promotion Rules.
- Participants must be aged 17 or older at the time of participation.
- There is no entry fee associated with this Promotion.
- The promotion is applicable only on Cisk Lager 50cl x 6-pack and Cisk Excel 50cl x 6 – pack, promotional packs only.
- Upon presentation of the on-pack voucher, each voucher is redeemable for a free entry ticket to the Farsons Brewery Experience when buying a ticket of the same value.
- Only the cut-out voucher showing the QR code is valid, and no other visual from the promotional carton of Cisk lager 50cl 6-pack and Cisk Excel 50cl 6-pack will be accepted.
- Offer is not applicable when purchasing tickets online. The voucher can only be redeemed when purchasing a ticket for The Farsons Brewery Experience from The Brewhouse. The Brewhouse address is as follows: The Brewhouse, Mdina Road, Zone 2, Central Business District, CBD 2010
- 1 complimentary pint of Cisk is included with each ticket which must be redeemed on the same day of visit.
- The complimentary pint of Cisk can be exchanged with a tasting tray.
- Only 17+ can redeem the complimentary pint of Cisk or tasting tray.
- In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 17 are not permitted to drink alcoholic drinks and will be provided with water or a soft drink of their choice.
- The voucher is only redeemable as indicated in these terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for any other offer or cash.
- The voucher is valid for use until 30.09.2024.
- The Farsons Brewery Experience is open on Monday to Sunday from 10:00 – 18:00 with last entry at 17:15.
- The Promotion Rules as set out herein are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
- The Organisers are not liable for any damages suffered by any participant due to the non-observance of these Promotion Rules.
- Children under the age of 12 enter for free with a paying adult. Seniors and students need to show their respective identification cards to apply for the discounted rate.
- In the event that these Promotion Rules do not, or do not clearly, cater for a solution to any matter which may arise, then the Organisers shall have the sole discretion to decide finally on such matter.
- These Promotion Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with Maltese Laws.
- All possible disputes relating to these Promotion Rules shall be referred to the Malta Arbitration Centre, Valletta, Malta and settled by the rules governing the said centre.
- A participant’s continued participation in the Cisk – Farsons Brewery Experience Promotion constitutes their acceptance of any changes to these Promotional Rules. Participants are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that the Organiser may have made to these Promotion Rules. The current full version of the Agreement and the Promotion Rules is available on the website and will supersede all prior or other arrangements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written and other versions of the Promotional Rules.
